This was originally a "Steer and Stroll"; however the steering handle for adult to use has gotten lost. So now it is basically a tricycle that child has to pedal. Radio Flyer says it is good for child up to age 5 years.

Adjustable Seat, Adjustable Handlebar Height
Secure 3-point harness and high back seat for infant safety but can be removed for older child.
