1976 Typhoon. 40 years in fresh water, Melrose Florida. 3 years in Indian River, Melbourne.
Sailed 280 days in 2022 - 2025. Ready to go with new jib (2023), excellent recent main with extras*, New Schaefer standing blocks for jib and main and fairly new running rigging.
Comes with original cast bronze motor mount. Sailed mostly off a mooring so it never had an outboard but does have an emergency trolling motor and small battery that can go with the boat.
Professional bottom job 2022 cleaned regularly and shows very clean.
Cabin cushions good, but no cockpit cushions.
Hull is in good condition with the occasional scratch or mar consistent with its age.
Ready to sail, come try it out.

Sits on a (custom made for Typhoon) extending tongue Triad trailer about 8 years old but less than 1000 miles on it. Clean and in good condition.

*Mast and sail are fitted with a special track and slides for effortless raising. Also has a Dutchman brand main lowering system that uses guides to flake the main onto the boom when lowering. I have found this to be very useful because I was singlehanded most of the time.
