great running liveaboard with twin $cylinder perkins engines. able to sleep 6 comfortably. sale is where is as is so don't as about a sea trial without a deposit and capt fees. can show running and in and out of gear in the slip. recently had bottom cleaned and engines serviced. has a brand new gen onboard but previous owners son decided he wanted to have a party onboard and ran the gen without oil which caused it to lock up. but other then that its a boat that needs very little to move or you can keep right where it is at. dockage is transferable and currently in a liveaboard marina. Have spent the past 3 yrs on it and loved every bit of it. great for taking the kids fishing or sitting here at the dock watching the rockets launch. the dockmaster will be the one showing the vessel and has full ability to pass on unreasonable offers or accept so if you are interested reply to the post with your name and number and he will get with you asap. pss don't mind the mess and clutter. was in the process of getting packed up and organized to move to tenn!! lol
