We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who loves dogs and can demonstrate a proven track record of providing an excellent client service experience. The ideal candidate will be able to oversee the complete operation of the spa, from daily operations and staff management to customer service and public relations, and of course have plenty of energy and understand dog breeds.

Most time spent will be caring for customers and their puppies, so dog handling experience is a must. Expect exciting summers and holidays. Experience managing 8 or more employees at a time is preferred. A sense of fun, creativity and adventure required! Managers oversee all elements of the spa and must have excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills, with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn 123Pets kennel and scheduling software
Manager Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, including appointment calendar and scheduling for staff.? Order supplies, check inventory, maintain budget and maintain a sanitary, holistic environment. Provide customer service, answer customer questions, and address customer and staff needs. Thorough knowledge of our products, services, packages and brand.
The luxury Spa/Resort is a full-service boarding and grooming salon with large tubs, all day daycare and 50 doggie condo's for boarding. We are located in an affluent part of Vero Beach and have upscale customers. We are located on a fenced .75 acre property with a large outside play area and three climate controlled buildings.
