These are the measurements taken with the garment laying flat:
36" - back of neck to crotch seam
23 - Armpit seam to armpit seam - which makes this 46" chest
22.5" - Armpit seam to cuff - this is arm length
33" - from crotch seam to end of leg cuff
67" - from back of neck seam to end of leg cuff.

How to Measure for Men's Union Suit:
Chest - Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding tape firm and level.
Neck - Measure a shirt collar that fits you well. Lay collar flat. Measure from center of collar button to far end of opposite buttonhole.
Sleeve Length - With arm relaxed at your side and slightly bent, measure from center back neck, over point of shoulder, down the outside of the arm to the wrist.
