I'm hoping someone can help me find a place to call home.
I'm a 54-year-old WF working professional looking for a small home, mobile home, studio, efficiency, or in-law suite in or around the 32935 area. I need to find a place by Sept 1st. Budget Max is $900- 1000 must be private and allow my 1 cat
A little about me:
Full-time employed with steady income
Quiet, clean, and respectful
Non-smoker
No drugs or parties
Excellent references available
Looking for a long-term place to call home
I'm also interested in hearing about 55+ communities that may have rentals available or owners who might consider someone just shy of the age requirement.
I'm not looking for anything fancy—just a safe, affordable place where I can enjoy some peace and put down roots. If you have a rental, know someone who does, or have a mobile home sitting empty, I'd be incredibly grateful if you'd reach out.
