Spanish teacher for beginner Customer Service Employee (West Melbourne)

Olah, is all I know. I work for Customer Service and am having a very hard time interacting with my customers as as barrier for not knowing the Spanish language. I am 60 years old and unfortunately was never introduced to Spanish in school, which I believe it be a recommendation.
If you an help me with learning how to help customers, such as:
How an I help You?
I feel bad when I cannot assist and feel that knowing Spanish should would help me with a barrier that I should already know with respect for my People.
