We are seeking event-experienced, passionate, and enthusiastic ambassadors to represent Eventbrite. These positions will focus on supporting the box office operations at our larger events throughout the United States. This includes ticket scanning, cashier sales, gate & box office management.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsibilities vary from position to position; however, they are all focused on box office operations.
Scanning: The primary function of the ticket scanner is to scan each ticket coming through the entry gates while using the EB Organizer app. It is the ticket scanner’s responsibility to make sure invalid tickets do not enter the event and are redirected to the box office/customer service.
ID Check: The primary function of the ID Check Staff is to check the ID of attendee's coming through the entry gates. Additionally, this position supports attendees with resolving customer issues.
Staff must maintain a professional standard for the event.
Qualifications and Skills:
Reliable and punctual.
Event experience, preferably in a box office or registration support area.
