Experienced Bartender with some Food Server duties needed IMMEDIATELY at THE CREEK (in downtown Melbourne). We are now hiring a reliable, fun, personable bartender/server for Friday/Saturday nights ONLY. Pay: Hourly plus Tips (Average $110.00 - $350.00 per day)
Job Summary - EXPERIENCED BARTENDER
Compensation: Hourly plus Tips (paid weekly)
Employment type: EVERY WEEKEND Friday & Saturday nights
Experience level: Fast Paced and High Volume "Country Themed" Location
Schedule (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
Friday: Start at 4:30 PM
Saturday: Start at 4:30 PM
Doors open promptly at: 5:00 PM (Closes At 2:00am)
Must be available BOTH shifts and at these times. No exceptions.
This position IS FOR someone who:
Shows up on time, Every time
Understands this is a job, Not a hangout
Rings in ALL drinks (no comps, no “hookups”)
Can handle a bar without constant supervision
Keeps things clean, tight, friendly, and professional
Reliable transportation
This IS NOT a fit for you, IF you:
Struggle with punctuality or Call out last minute
Have no personality or professionalism
Wants to party elsewhere and not work on weekends
Need constant direction OR Like giving away drinks
About the role:
Bartending + serving (fast-paced bar environment)
Taking orders, handling cash/POS, maintaining a clean bar
Working independently and as part of a team
What we’re looking for:
Dependable — if you’re late or call out, this is not for you
Prior volume bartending and serving experience
Strong work ethic, personality, and a good attitude
Ability to handle volume and stay organized
