8 Packs: FitRight Youth Underwear, Size Large/X-Large (L/XL). Fits 60-125 lbs (27-56 kg). Contains 12 pairs per pack (96 pairs total).
2 Packs: FitRight Ultra Underwear, Size Adult Small. Fits 20-28" waist (51-71 cm). Contains 22 pairs per pack (44 pairs total).
Even though two packs are labeled as adult small, they share the exact same 20-28" measurement specifications as the youth XL packs, making them almost identical in fit.
