It seems we've been scammed by our property management company.Their goal seems to be to get a non-refundable deposit, then push the tenant out so they can do it all over again to the next tenant! They signed an addendum to make repairs that they never did. Told us to not pay rent until repairs were completed. They did no repairs and sued us for eviction. Had we been able to go in front of the judge before our lease expired we would of had a case. But that didnt happen so technically our lease expired and they do not want to renew. Now we have to be out by the 30th and eviction case will be dropped, or be forced out. No savings. Definitely in a precarious position.
