Groundskeeper or Porter needed

Are you someone who takes pride in keeping a community clean, well-maintained, and welcoming? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Groundskeeper to join our team and help maintain the overall appearance and upkeep of a multi-family property.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of the grounds and common areas, ensuring everything looks its best for residents and visitors. You’ll also assist with a variety of tasks as needed—from general upkeep to projects like pressure washing and using paint spray equipment. No two days are exactly the same, so the ability to multitask and prioritize is key!
Providing excellent customer service is a big part of this position—you’ll interact with residents and help create a positive living environment they’re proud to call home.
🔧 Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of grounds and common areas
• Complete assigned tasks from supervisors in a timely manner
• Assist with pressure washing, painting, and general maintenance duties
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service to residents
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of multi-family experience
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Must be able to safely lift up to 60 lbs
• Willingness to complete a background check
