40+ hours a week, looking for people willing to work 6 days a week. MUST have reliable transportation and MUST have a license. MUST be reliable workers, I've heard every story in the book, please don't waste my time and I wont waste your time. Ive already gone through 25 people claiming they are the best Ive heard every story in the book. Pay is negotiable on your performance. Ive got guys telling me they know how to do everything and when it comes to it they dont even know how to weed a weed eater or put a edger blade on an edger. Im tired of going through people telling me they want a certain pay but cant perform. IM LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WITH REAL EXPERIENCE NOT SOMEONE WHO CAN CUT THERE GRANDMAS GRASS. Im zero tolerance 3 strikes your gone I don't care what the excuse is. I dont fire people i sit there and watch people fire themselves because they cant perform or simply show up on time. WHATEVER YOU GOT GOING ON AT YOUR HOUSE OR HOME DONT BRING THAT TO WORK. YOUR PROBLEMS AT YOUR HOUSEHOLD ARE YOUR PROBLEMS I DONT NEED THEM AT WORK I JUST NEED YOU TO SHOW UP AND WORK.
