We are looking for a couple reliable local handyman for long term ongoing tasks at multiple commercial office building in Melbourne FL This will be part time on demand work and tasks. IMPORTANT - We cannot guarantee any number of hours per week or month but we can advise that for the right person this is ongoing tasks every month. Some weeks and months the hours are limited and other weeks and months you may have full time work 8 hours a day for weeks at a time for larger projects. For any tasks which you do not have deep experience we can train and assist.
NOTE: If you are a hard worker and reliable this job will last for long term, ongoing and many years.
You must have transportation.
You must live close to Melbourne FL within 10 - 15 miles.
Required skills:
Basic electrical work. Changing light switches, ballasts, outlets, light bulbs
Basic plumbing work. Fix toilets, faucets, light plumbing repairs, change toilets
Basic painting work. Walls, trim, doors
Basic landscaping work. Mulch, sod, plant bushes, edging, rocks, dig holes, cut trees
Basic locks work. Change door locks and handles
Basic wood working. Cut and install baseboards, door frames, hang doors
Basic labor tasks. Move desks, file cabinets, boxes etc
