Cardinal Construction in Melbourne, FL, is looking to add a reliable Service Technician to our team!
The Job Responsibilities include:
Install window and door screens
Repair/replace defective parts
Perform routine service and maintenance on windows and doors
Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
Report and update work orders back to the supplier with effective communication
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
This position is Full-Time, and the wage starts at $20 per hour.

The Job Qualifications are as follows:
Work truck/van required (Mileage reimbursement is included)
Valid driver's license
Window/door aptitude not required, but a plus
Familiarity with hand tools
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to think independently and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision
