As a Shop Assistant, you will play a critical role in our daily production operations and customer service processes. You will be responsible for assisting with the operation of jobs on our CNC machines, polishing acrylic dash panels, inventory management and managing daily shipping and receiving tasks. We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and can contribute to our team's success.
Hours: Mon - Fri | 8am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
CNC Machine Operation -
- Monitor CNC machines to produce marine decking & acrylic parts.
- Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as needed, and perform routine maintenance.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of finished products as they are removed from the CNC table.
Polishing of Acrylic Dash Panels -
- Polish acrylic dash panels to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Inspect polished panels for defects and imperfections.
