Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Description:
Costa del Sol Condominium Association is hiring a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our grounds, buildings, and amenities in excellent condition. This is a hands-on role with a variety of daily tasks, both indoors and outdoors.
Duties include:
• Complete work orders assigned by Maintenance Supervisor
• Perform light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
• Inspect and maintain common areas and outdoor spaces
• Pressure washing, painting, and surface maintenance
• Check lighting, AC systems, pool maintenance, and recreational facilities
• Move and lift heavy items when needed
• Use tools and equipment safely and properly
Work Environment:
• Indoor and outdoor tasks
• Exposure to Florida weather (heat, rain, etc.)
• Some work in tight spaces or on ladders
Requirements:
• 1+ year of general maintenance, repair, or handy work experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid Florida driver’s license may be required
• Basic computer skills a plus
