We are looking for construction workers or a small crew to help complete a residential construction project in Palm Bay, Florida.
This position is ideal for workers who have basic construction experience and are comfortable working under direction. We have experience managing construction projects and will provide guidance and job training as needed to ensure work is completed properly.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks on a residential project
- Follow direction and guidance for proper installation and workmanship
- Perform work such as framing assistance, carpentry, exterior work, and general construction labor
- Help maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work efficiently with the team to complete project tasks
Requirements
- Basic construction knowledge or experience
- Ability to follow instructions and complete work properly
- Reliable transportation to the job site
- Basic hand tools are helpful but not required
Tools
We carry many of the necessary tools and equipment on site, so workers with limited tools can still perform the job. Having basic personal tools is a plus but not mandatory.

Job training and guidance will be provided
We will explain how tasks should be completed and assist workers in learning the process if needed
