Barkingham Palace is hiring for a highly motivated, reliable, and hard working person, that loves to care for dogs and cats, to join our team. Our Kennel Attendants create a fun, but safe environment for dogs to stay and play.
Kennel attendants help oversee the well-being of the animals in our care. Primary duties include feeding, watering, cleaning yards, kennel cleaning, supervising playtimes and more.
PLEASE NOTE:
This is not an office job! You must enjoy being outside and physically active.
We house many dogs, therefore cleaning and handling noise is imperative.
Requirements: A strong desire and ability to work with pets of all shapes, sizes, breeds, and dispositions, in a professional capacity. As well as: ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation; It is Mandatory to work weekends & holidays.
REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
• RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• ABLE TO LIFT 50LBS
• INDEPENDENT WHILE WORKING AS A TEAM
• COMMUNICATE WELL
• WILLING TO GET DIRTY
• ABLE TO WORK HOLIDAYS, EVENINGS, AND WEEKENDS (MANDATORY!)
