Hiring Driver Helpers to join our team in Cocoa, FL. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity!
Job Responsibilities
Ride with a Route Driver to collect residential waste and recycling.
Load and empty trash and recycling containers.
Assist the driver with backing and navigating safely.
Report safety concerns, service issues, and route interruptions.
Follow all WM safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Perform physical work in outdoor conditions throughout the day.
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Must pass a drug screen, physical, background check, and employment verification.
Previous experience is not required.

Important Information
Must arrive NO LATER than 6:00 AM every workday.
Employees are required to sign in and sign out daily using the onsite sign-in sheet.
