Full-time (Approx. 40 hours/week)
🕒 Schedule:1st Shift
Must arrive no later than 6:00 AM
Shift ends when the route is completed.
Contract Dates: July 27, 2026 – January 21, 2027
Location: Cocoa, FL 32926
Job Duties:
Assist the Route Driver with residential waste collection.
Load and empty trash and recycling containers.
Help the driver safely back up the truck.
Lift, push, pull, and move containers.
Report safety concerns and service issues.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Follow all WM safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
Less than 1 year of experience required.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Pass a drug screen, physical, background check, and employment verification.
Reliable transportation to arrive before 6:00 AM.
Required PPE:
6-inch steel-toe boots
Safety vest
Work gloves
Jeans or shorts (no rips or tears)
Hat (optional)
