Xpand Staffing is currently hiring **3 Driver Helpers** to assist Route Drivers with residential and commercial waste and recycling collection services. This position is physically active and requires employees who are dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to work.
⚠️ **Important:** This position works on an **on-call basis**, and employees must be flexible with scheduling.
### Job Responsibilities:
* Assist Route Drivers with waste and recycling collection routes
* Load and unload residential and commercial containers into collection trucks
* Move, pull, and position containers as needed to complete service
* Follow all Waste Management safety procedures and OSHA regulations
* Immediately report any unsafe conditions or service issues
* Attend all required safety meetings, training sessions, and briefings
* Work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management
### Required PPE:
✅ 6-Inch Steel-Toed Boots
✅ Safety Vest
✅ Work Gloves
✅ Shorts or Jeans (No Rips or Tears)
✅ Hats Optional
### Important Requirements:
* Must arrive **NO LATER THAN 6:00 AM**
* Employees are required to **ask for the sign-in sheet and sign in/sign out daily**
* Reliable transportation is required
* Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move containers throughout the shift
* Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
