We are hiring a Driver Helper in Melbourne, Florida.
Pay & Schedule:
$15/hour (Weekly Pay ONLY – no daily pay)
35–40 hours/week
Monday–Friday
Start Time: 5:10 AM – Until route completion
Rotating days off (to avoid overtime)
Location: Melbourne, FL 32904
Contract: March 23 – September 14, 2026
Job Duties:
• Assist route driver with waste & recycling collection
• Load containers into the truck
• Help driver with backing and route safety
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced team environment
Requirements:
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical work
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and physical

Steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, jeans/shorts (vest provided if needed).
