Schedule
1st Shift
Must be available Monday–Friday
Required workdays include Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
Hours generally range from 35-40 per week
Rotating schedule with days off during the week to prevent overtime
Hiring Driver Helpers in Melbourne, FL to support waste and recycling collection. Active outdoor role with steady weekly pay.
Job Duties:
Assist Route Drivers on collection routes
Load and unload waste/recycling containers
Help with vehicle backing and safety
Report issues, accidents, and route interruptions
Requirements:
Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to lift up to 70 lbs
Work in fast-paced outdoor conditions
Pass background check, drug screen, and physical
Preferred:
Prior labor/outdoor/warehouse experience
Interest in CDL
PPE Required:
Steel-toe boots
Safety glasses
Gloves
Jeans or shorts
Safety vest
Work Environment:
Outdoor work in all weather conditions
Physical labor (lifting, bending, standing)
