Must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
Employees will work approximately 35-40 hours per week. Days off will rotate throughout the week to avoid overtime

Job Responsibilities
Assist the Route Driver with residential waste and recycling collection.
Load and empty trash and recycling containers into the truck.
Help safely guide the driver during backing maneuvers.
Operate lifting equipment when needed.
Report safety concerns, service issues, and customer requests.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Lift, push, pull, bend, and carry materials up to 70 lbs.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
No experience required (less than 1 year is acceptable).
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must pass a drug screen, physical exam, background check, and employment verification.
Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
Interest in obtaining a CDL is a plus but not required.
