TSL Landscaping specializes in flower bed renovations, landscape redesigns, plant installations, decorative rock, mulch, edging, and outdoor transformations throughout Brevard County.
We're looking for someone with landscaping experience who is tired of spending every day behind a mower and wants the opportunity to be part of larger projects while growing with a company.
Unlike larger landscaping companies, you'll work directly alongside the owner on most projects. We take pride in maintaining a small team environment where hard work, communication, professionalism, and quality workmanship matter.
This position is ideal for someone who wants their work recognized, enjoys being part of a small team, and is looking for a long-term opportunity. Pay
-$15-$16.50 per hour based on experience
-Paid every Friday
-40 hours per week
-Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
-Install plants, shrubs, and trees
-Install weed barrier and landscape edging
-Spread mulch and decorative rock
-Read and follow landscape plans and blueprints
-Lay out plants, edging, and materials according to project plans and measurements
-Complete tasks using written instructions
-Load and unload materials
-Assist with landscape renovations from start to finish
-Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
-Represent the company professionally on client properties
Requirements
-Prior landscaping experience required
-Able to lift 75+ pounds
-Able to work outdoors in Florida heat
-Able to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints
-Able to work independently using written instructions
-Able to accurately use a tape measure
-Able to follow layout dimensions and plant spacing requirements
-Able to maintain productivity without constant supervision
-Strong attention to detail
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic
-Punctual and dependable
-Must be able to attend an in-person interview
-Must have a dependable way to communicate
Company Standards
-No smoking on client properties
-No vaping on client properties
-No drug or alcohol use before or during work
-No music on client properties
-Professional language and conduct at all times
-Respect for clients, neighbors, and their property is required
-Jobsites must remain clean and organized throughout the project
Schedule & Breaks
-Monday through Friday
-Two 15-minute breaks provided daily
-Lunch break as needed
