Position Overview
This is an as-needed position to start, with hours varying based on project schedule. While hours are not guaranteed initially, this role is expected to grow into a full-time supervisory position, based on performance and company growth.
This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to learn directly from the owner and build a long-term position within a growing company.

Work Schedule
• Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Schedule may vary depending on project needs

Key Responsibilities
Work directly alongside the owner on landscape installation projects
• Execute projects according to plans and company standards
• Perform general installation tasks including planting, material placement, and site prep
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Assist with all phases of projects while communicating professionally with clients

Requirements
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat for 8+ hours per day
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow direction
• Ability to complete work thoroughly without cutting corners
• Willingness to learn how to read landscape layouts/blueprints (for execution)
• Professional conduct at all times on job sites
• No smoking, loud music, or phone usage on client properties
• Drug- and alcohol-free workplace (no use during working hours, including marijuana)
• Clear and consistent communication

Workday Structure
• Two 15-minute breaks
• One 30-minute lunch break
• Breaks are scheduled to support productivity and maintain a steady workflow
