Fast paced manufacturing company looking for a full time administrative assistant/billing clerk. Position includes clerical duties, work in Excel and Quickbooks, handling/transferring phone calls, etc.
Qualities that are a MUST:
-Be able to multitask
-Experience with Quickbooks (or any similar accounting software). This will be for invoicing/billing, sales orders, packing slips etc.
-People skills. Duties will involve handling phone calls and directing visitors to the right personnel.
-Organizational skills. Will be responsible for filing and organizing a multitude of documents related to previous orders.
