A busy Painting Contracting Company is seeking an administrative assistant.

Responsibilities:
- Answer Phones
-Write Proposals
-File
-Distribute correspondence, letters, invoices, faxes and forms to staff
- Maintain Contact lists
-Assistant in the office tasks and routines
-MUST BE QUICKBOOKS LITERATE
-Generate Reports
-Write emails and letters on behalf of the staff and company
-Cover receptionist when needed
-Handle Sensitive information
-Resolve administrative problems
-Photocopy and print documents for colleagues, staff, managers.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
-Proven Administrative experience
-Knowledge of office management systems
-Must know QuickBooks
-Time Management
-Attention to detail
-Proficient in MS Office
-Organization skills and planning skills
-Familiar with remodeling & painting business
-Experience drafting proposals
-Written and verbal communications skills
-Multitask
