Our property management office is seeking an experienced Property Manager to become a member of our team!
You will help plan and facilitate all apartment complex related activities throughout Central Florida (Orlando & Cocoa FL). This is an ideal opportunity to grow with our property management office. Below are the responsibilities and qualifications required:
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate all apartment property activities.
• Assist applicants in filling out their rental application online.
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to have work orders processed in a timely fashion.
• Create daily, weekly and monthly reports detailing current rent roll, rent delinquencies, rent payment reminders.
• Supervise and train office and maintenance staff.
• Enforce property rules and regulations.
• Travel to and from our properties between Orlando FL and Cocoa FL with you own reliable transportation.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in property management or other related field.
• Prior experience with leases, lease terminology and preparation are preferred.
• Experience with AppFolio and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs software preferred.
• Bilingual preferred (able to communicate in both English and Spanish).
• Ability to build rapport with tenants and applicants.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must develop strong leads for leasing units.
• Develop business relationships within the local community with local agencies and other sources with marketing outreach for prospective tenants.
