Local Cocoa business owner seeking a reliable, organized person to assist with office and administrative tasks. This role can be full time or part-time 16-24 hours or 40hrs per week, 8am – 4:30pm.
Responsibilities include:
Front Desk - answering incoming calls
QuickBooks data entry
Organizing receipts and invoices
Filing and record keeping
Email management
General office assistance
Helping keep business paperwork organized
Requirements:
QuickBooks experience
Good computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook
Dependable and trustworthy
Detail-oriented and organized
