6 year old neutered shihpoo. (Shitzhu/toy poodle) 14 pounds. “Jack”. Jack was born with a grade 5/6 heart murmur and is NOT on any medication due to it being a birth defect. He is also prone to UTI’s and is on short hills diet. It does not slow him down at all. We are moving out of state and cannot take him. Small rehoming fee of $25.
