I’m thinking about renting out a spot at the rear of my property for someone to park a camper or rv and live. I own street to street so you would have your own entry along with someone I rent an apartment to.
I do have electric, water and septic that I can change over to accommodate hook ups.
Less than 10 minutes to I95 or the Turnpike.
Just seeing if this idea of mine would work out for me or a potential renter.
This would be for a 6 or 12 month rental or longer.
Water and septic is included.
There is plenty of area for a car or truck to be parked as well
