My home sits on an acre of waterfront property surrounded by old Florida growth. It’s a beautiful secluded spot with wildlife, fishing, and a great view. It’s close to downtown Melbourne, the beaches, and shopping. That being said, it’s at the quiet end of a disadvantaged neighborhood, and you need to have some street smarts.
I am retired, fixing up my home at a slow pace.

The spot is at the side of the house, with a sewer drop, water , 30amp service, and a small shed to store stuff.
You have shared use of the waterfront area. You can hang out down there, fish, have a BBQ. There is a canoe you can use, or bring a paddleboard or Kayak.
Rent includes conservative use of water and electric. internet is not provided.
Close friends and family can visit on a prearranged basis.
