This is a 22 year old motor home in very good to excellent condition, but not perfect.
I feel it would get you anywhere you wanted to take her. I have driven from Missouri to Florida and a few places in-between. It is a great unit for 2 people with an excellent interior layout and size for a 21 ft traveler. Pretty much go anywhere, park anywhere.

• Very smooth running 5.4 Triton V8, 300hp, with 174,000 miles.
• Cruise control, pwr windows, pwr mirrors, pwr door locks with 2 remotes and security.
• Both front cab AC and cabin ac blows very cold with a heat strip in cabin roof unit.
• Cabin roof AC was serviced and no issues were found.
• Heat also provided from gas furnace in rv.
• I have never had any serious issues and a recent oil service and alignment done.
• Led light bulbs used throughout the vehicles lighting system.
• Has Bilstein shocks installed with rear airbags for addition support
• Onan 2800 kw generator runs very well with approximately 1300 hours.
• 12-13MPG depending on your foot.

• Newer batteries installed for engine starting and the house battery

• New refrigerator, Dometic RM Series 3 way power. Works well.
• Water and sewer gate valves & cables replaced.
• New front end adjustable casters installed. Alignment with front end components checked out.
• New rear suspension spring package to upgrade the original and undersized spring package.
• Air bags for extra lift if needed. Kept at 30psi.
• New KING OA1000 OmniPro Omni-directional HDTV Over-the-Air Digital Antenna
• New Proscan tv with built in DVD player.
• New battery isolator so the house battery now charges while driving.
