Looking for a room to rent for a quiet couple. Budget is $800–$850 per month, with utilities included. They are smokers but are respectful and willing to smoke outside only. No kids and no pets.
Income is stable and fixed, as she receives SSI each month (typically around the 23rd–24th), so rent will be consistent. A furnished room would be a plus, but it’s not required.
They live a simple lifestyle, mostly going to donate plasma, visit food pantries, and run errands. They do not drive and rely on walking or public transportation.
