Recently retired fixed income, ex- military, no smoke drug free,very handy, clean and quiet. One year old short haired male cat has all papers and up to date. My cat also is very clean and quiet and is practically invisible.He's kind of skittish and always hangs out in my bedroom. We have excellent local and out of state references. I have managed homes and even rented out bedrooms in my own homes before so I know what it takes to be an ideal housemate.
