I have zero drama. no hangups or addictions. I do not entertain visitors. I keep to myself and I keep a small circle of friends and some family that I visit. I have absolutely no need for any other space than my room, a bathroom, a little spot outback to enjoy the outdoors and a place to park my scooter. I don’t watch a TV nor do I own a TV. I use my phone, a Bluetooth speaker and a lightbulb. Laundry is about one to two loads a week and if need be, I can do my laundry at a laundromat.
I am proudly owned by a 14-year-old 9lb smart and healthy fixed female Chihuahua. She is pee pad trained. I am a very responsible pet owner. I take her for walks. She stays in my room at all times and is never allowed to wander in the home. I carry her out of the house. I use a gated pen which is kept clean and well-maintained. I use a clear vinyl mat that fully protects the floor of the area. She is a very short haired dog with no shedding.
I have professional experience as a caretaker and residential cleaning. I offer other services such as organizing, laundry duties, window cleaning, running errands (clean license using your vehicle) light cooking. These services as well as weekly/biweekly cleaning can be deducted from monthly rent. I also offer a monthly deep clean if needed.

Open to living with a group of roommates or a couple but please NO small children or teenagers. Looking for peace and quiet.
