I am a Florida Certified General Contractor and work with qualified investors, flippers, remodelers, builders, and owners who need a licensed GC involved from permit issuance through inspections to final approval/CO.
This is not a permit runner service.
This is not a cheap permit signature.
My role is not just to “pull a permit.”
I act as the licensed General Contractor for the project and stay involved through:
• Permit review and filing
• City / county coordination
• Inspection coordination
• Construction compliance
• Red tag / stop work order resolution when applicable
• Final approval / CO
• Permit close-out
This may be a good fit for:

If you already have trusted trades/subcontractors and want to stay actively involved in the project, I may be able to work under a lower, project-based GC fee than a traditional full-service GC.
