We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the trusted advisor and primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
Conduct regular business/technology reviews with customers
Identify opportunities for service improvement
Coordinate with internal engineering and support teams to ensure client alignment to standards.
Review ticket trends, infrastructure health, and compliance posture
Assist with project planning and technical recommendations
Act as escalation point for strategic/technical client concerns
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of IT industry experience required
Prior experience in Technical Account Management, Helpdesk, Centralized Services, TAM, or similar client-facing IT consulting role preferred
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365
Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
MSP/IT services experience preferred
Organized, proactive, and customer-service oriented
Must be disciplined, follow defined processes, and maintain fanatical documentation standards
