Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Description:
Superior Skilled Trades is currently hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a leading manufacturing facility in Rockledge, FL. We are seeking experienced maintenance professionals with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities to support production equipment and facility operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Immediate openings available for:
· 4 Technicians on 2nd Shift
· 4 Technicians on 3rd Shift
Responsibilities include:
· Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment
· Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing systems
· Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, schematics, manuals, and maintenance checklists
· Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems including pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, regulators, hoses, and fittings
· Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs efficiently to minimize downtime
· Install and maintain gas-fired ovens, burners, and associated control systems
· Align, level, and balance machinery and equipment components
· Complete maintenance documentation and communicate repair status updates
· Conduct equipment inspections, safety audits, and quality checks
· Follow all HSE, safety, and production standards
Qualifications for Industrial Maintenance Technician:
· Previous industrial maintenance experience required
· Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required
· Hydraulics experience preferred but not required
· Ability to use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and maintenance equipment
· Associate degree in a technical field preferred OR:
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Completion of an apprenticeship program
Journeyman card in millwright, machinist, mechanical, or related trade
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment· Ability to stand, bend, kneel, twist, climb, and work in an industrial production setting

Additional Requirements for Industrial Maintenance Technician:
· Must be eligible to work in the United States
