LAS-OLAS is a 5 star resort located on Cocoa Beach just steps from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier. It’s centrally located to numerous shopping, great seafood restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and much more all within walking distance. It is also on a major bus line. The condo is huge (1560) sq.ft. fully furnished and tastefully decorated. It accommodates 4 adults very comfortably.
The owners of this complex have been family owned and managed since 1979 as is their other location in satellite beach. They are on sight every day. My condo is available ONLY for 3 consecutive weeks starting Saturday April 11th 2026 thru Saturday May 2nd 2026.
There is a 1 week minimum with availability for two more weeks at this time, all for only 1450. per week.. Renting thru management will cost at least 300. More per week, in addition to taxes and fees amounting to approximately 1800. per week! Book now!
